Thank you for staying at our beautiful resort is Puerto Penasco. We are confident that you will abide by these Rules and Regulations that are being provided for your convenience, and that your stay here will be most pleasurable. Please note that loud, rowdy and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, that all Rules and Regulations of the condos and of Mexico are strictly enforced.  Please remember that all visitors to Mexico are subject to Mexican law, violations of these rules and regulations may result in eviction from the premises and /or forfeiture of all monies paid. All times quoted in these Rules and Regulations are Mexico Time.    
  • To avoid responsibility if there is anything wrong in your unit at check in time, please notify the front desk within 20 minutes of check in (this includes cleaning issues).
  • Please do not move or rearrange the furniture and avoid taking any items out of the condo. Everything is on inventory and anything damaged, broken, missing or lost will be charged to you. Please report any noticeable damages immediately upon check-in.
  • Mexican law prohibits fireworks and firearms.
  • There is a curfew for loud music, TVs, radios, parties, and use of the pool or grills after 10:00 p.m. in order to maintain a quiet enjoyment for all renters.
  • Camping on the grounds of the condos or congregating in the parking lot is not allowed.
  • No additional persons are allowed in the rental over the maximum capacitiy of the unit type.
  • BBQ grills are not allowed inside the condos or on the patios. Grills have been installed in the parking lot.
  • Purified drinking water is available for no charge. Please notify staff at Front Desk prior to 5:00 p.m. if you need more.
  • The cleaning service will be provided after you check out of your unit. If your stay is for 1 week or more bed linens will be changed mid-week, daily service includes changing of towels, taking out the trash and making the beds.
  • Please return all room keys upon check out.
  • All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs), Jet Skis, and Sand Rails are subject to the rules and regulations of individual HOA's please ask for specifics at your front desk.
  • All cars parked at the complex must have a current parking tag.
  • All vehicles must be parked in designated areas or garages, not on the street. Vehicles in violation will be towed at the vehicle owners expense.
  • Only condominium renters and owners will be allowed to use the amenities such as the pool and grills. Be sure to wear your ID bracelet provided at check-in at all times while in the common areas. This allows security personnel to easily identify you and keep unauthorized persons out. If you do not wear the ID Bracelet you will be addressed by security and you may be escorted out.
  • The HOA maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy on threatening or abusive behavior. Harassment or physical abuse of any person by another is prohibited. Violators of this, and or the rules below are subject to immediate removal from the property.
  • No pets are allowed owners are exempt of this rule, but pets must wear a leash.  Smoking is not permitted in any unit. No glass containers are permitted around the pools.
  • Sea Side Reservations, administration and the Owner is not responsible for items left in the condominium.  Please be sure to lock the units.
  • Children under the age of 14 cannot use the spa without adult supervision. Children under the age of 4 are not allowed in the spa.
  • Children must be under adult supervision around pool and Jacuzzi areas at all times.
  • No trash in the hallways, please place all trash in the designated trash areas.
  • Patio walls and railings shall not be used to hang towels or any other items.
  • No Diving, Running in the pool area or climbing on the rocks or waterfalls. Wear Swimming suit, street clothing is prohibited in pool.
  • Inner tubes and floatation devices are prohibited, (except devices for small children)     
  • No-smoking in buildings, elevators or in any part of the clubhouse.

I HAVE READ & UNDERSTAND THESE RULES & REGULATIONS, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BREAKING THESE RULES MAY CAUSE THE LOSS OF THE REST OF MY TIME IN THE RENTAL UNIT. I ALSO TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGE I OR ANY OF MY GUESTS MAY CAUSE DURING MY OCCUPANCY. SAID DAMAGES WILL BE CHARGED AGAINST MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE WITH SEASIDE RESERVATIONS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF MY DEPARTURE.

CANCELLATIONS

Payment to be made within seven days of booking.  Reservations cancelled 10 days or more before check-in date will result in a $100.00 cancellation fee.  Cancellations made nine or fewer days before your check-in date will result in the loss of all monies paid.  THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES AND FOR HOLIDAY DATES.
